How do I expand my storage area?

In order to expand your storage space, you must be logged in on the website.

Please note that extension of storage space is not possible for all subscriptions.
In some cases, you may first need to switch to a new subscription. Contact our support for assistance with changing the subscription via email to support@storegate.com

1: Login to the website
2: Click on the ”Account”-button in the upper right corner
3: Choose ”Upgrade”
4: Select the new size of the storage area from the drop-down menu
5: End with ”Confirm”

För att kunna utöka din lagringsyta så måste du vara inloggad på hemsidan.

Vänligen notera att utökning av lagringsytan inte är möjligt för alla abonnemang.
I vissa fall kan du först behöva byta till en ny abonnemangsform. Kontakta vår support om du vill ha hjälp med att byta abonnemangsformen på support@storegate.com

1: Logga in på hemsidan
2: Klicka på gubben högst upp till höger och välj ”Kontoinställningar”
3: Klicka på ”Abonnemang” i vänstermenyn och ”Prisplan” högst upp
5: Välj ny storlek på lagringsytan i rullgardinsmenyn
6: Avsluta med ”Uppgradera”.
