In order to extend your storage space, you must be logged in to the website.
Please note that not all subscriptions offer the possibility to extend the storage space.
In some cases, you may first need to switch to a new subscription type. If you would like assistance in changing your subscription type, please contact our support team at support@storegate.com
1: Log in to the website
2: Click on the icon in the top right corner and select "Account settings"
3: Click on "Subscriptions" in the left menu and "Price plan" at the top
5: Choose a new size of storage space in the drop-down menu
6: Finish with "Upgrade".
