Error: exp is in the past (Wrong time on the computer)

If the user's computer has the wrong time or the wrong time zone and is more than an hour apart, you may get an error that says: Login failed, please contact support. Error: exp is in the past:XXXXXXXX

To check if the time on the computer matches the time used by the server, check the following link: https://ws1.storegate.com/datetime.aspx

The action will be to change the time on the user's system.
