Some machines that have been upgraded to Windows 7/8/10 from a Windows XP machine may get this error in Storegate Online Backup.
The error is due to the fact that residues from MSN websites remain on the computer as a network location. You can find it under "This computer"/"Computer" and just select and delete it.
After this, Online Backup will work as usual.
