When the Digital Signing service is activated on a Multi account, it becomes available only to the administrator. In order for sub-users to be able to use signing as well, the administrator then needs to add the signing function to the sub-users who will have access to use it. For an existing user, go to the user list and assign the service. When creating a new sub-user, you will be given the choice of adding the service immediately upon user creation.
