If you deactivate the service by changing to 0 signing credits, or cancel the Storegate account where the service is activated, access to Storegate Digital Signing will be lost immediately. This means that you will no longer have access to your envelopes and the material will be deleted. Please note that previous envelopes will also not be retained should you reactivate the service. Previous signatures remain valid and you can verify the agreements via the QR code and the link provided in the agreement.
