I want to cancel my account, how do I do that?

To cancel the service, for security reasons, you need to either do it when you are logged in to your account or send a signed cancellation notice by post.

Termination via the web:

  1. Log in with your account details on the website www.storegate.com
  2. Click on the "Account" icon in the top right corner and select "Account settings"
  3. Then click on "Subscriptions" in the left menu and on "Other"
  4. Click on the "Continue" button and follow the instructions

Written termination:
If you wish to give written notice by post, please use the following form which you can download here. You can also write a letter of termination, stating that it is for termination, date, username/customer number, name and signature. Send the notice by post.

You will receive a confirmation when the account is cancelled. The contractual notice period is 30 days before the next payment period.
