If you want to prevent anyone from editing a file that belongs to you in Common Files, you can lock files. You decide how long you want to keep the file locked and only you or an administrator/sub-administrator can remove the lock.
NOTE. Files that are locked are also not possible to edit via Storegate Cloud folder or WebDAV.
