Change payment method

For business customers there are currently five different payment methods: invoice, e-mail invoice, card payment, e-invoice and EDI invoice.
For private accounts, you can choose between invoice, card payment and e-invoice: if you choose card payment, your card will be debited automatically when it is time to pay. If you have chosen an invoice, it will be sent by post to the address specified in your account. You activate e-invoice via your bank when you pay a paper invoice.

Important: If you change your payment method, the change will only take effect from the next payment period.

To change your payment method, do the following:
1: Log in to the website
2: Click on the icon in the top right corner and select "Account settings"
3: Select "Subscriptions" in the left menu and "Payment" at the top.
4: Tick the payment method you want to use and fill in the information, or update if you have a new card, for example.
5: Press "Continue"
