Database files
Uploading of active database files is not supported, e.g. Exchange, SQL, Visma Administration or MS Access. Synchronisation of active database files can lead to database file corruption as the file is uploaded while being updated by third party software at high frequency. Uploading of database files "at rest" for backup purposes is supported.
Other applications
OneNote - due to the way OneNote writes information to files, it is possible for data to be corrupted when using Storegate Cloud Folder to open and edit such files. This is because OneNote does not wait for the file to be downloaded in its entirety before writing to it. For this reason, editing OneNote files in Storegate Cloud Folder is not recommended.
