Reinstalling the app on your iPhone or iPad will restore your settings to the default settings. Uninstalling does not affect your stored files.
To do this:1: Locate your Storegate app from the home screen. Press and hold the app for 2-3 seconds.
2: Now all apps will start to shake and a cross will appear at the top left of them.
3: Press the cross and you will now be asked if you want to delete the app. Press Delete and the app disappears.
4: Then go to the App Store and search for Storegate, download and reinstall the app.
