If the Cloud Folder connection feels sluggish in Mac OS, turning off preview and previewing symbols can help.
To turn off the preview of symbols:
1. Open Storegate Shared Files/My Files in the Finder
2. Click on "Settings" - > "Show View Options":
3. Deselect "Preview symbols":
To turn off Preview (Note: turns off the entire Finder, not just the folder you are in):
1. Open Storegate Shared Files/My Files in the Finder
2. Click on "Content" -> "Hide Preview":
