If you don't want to use Microsoft Office Online Web Apps on your Storegate account, you can turn off that feature in the account settings. To edit files via the web interface, you can instead choose to use the Office application you have installed locally on your computer (business accounts only).
To turn off Microsoft Office Online Web Apps, do the following:
- Log in to your account online
- Press the icon in the top right corner and select "Account settings"
- Under the "Microsoft Office Online, Enable Microsoft Office Online" heading, uncheck the box to turn off the Office Online feature on your account.
