If you have chosen to purchase the additional service Access Package, there is a possibility to limit login to Storegate accounts based on IP addresses. You can enable the feature under Account/Team settings when logged in to an administrator account. You can enter the IP in the following format: "192.168.1.99", "192.168.1.0-192.168.1.255", "192.168.1.0/24".
If you want to allow external visitors on public links, check the box as shown below.
Note that a user who is logged in and has a valid token will also remain logged in on other networks until the token expires.
