If you have chosen to purchase the "Extended Access" add-on service, there is an option to restrict login to Storegate accounts based on IP addresses. You can enable this feature under Account/Team settings when logged into an administrator account. You can specify the IP in the following format: "192.168.1.99", "192.168.1.0-192.168.1.255", "192.168.1.0/24"
If you want to allow external visitors on public links, check the box as shown below.
Note that a user who is logged in and has a valid token will also remain logged in on other networks until the token expires.
