Before exiting the service, it is important that you save your stored files and folders from your storage space. When you exit the service, everything on your storage space is deleted and cannot be restored.
If you are the administrator of your Visma Online account, the service is terminated by logging in to www.vismaonline.com, clicking on the company name in the top right-hand corner and then selecting Users.
Select the user you want to change by clicking on the name of the user.
Now you will see which services are activated.
Here you should tick off Storegate Backup and press save.
You will now be presented with a box where you should select delete.
If you are not the administrator of your Visma Online account, please contact the administrator to cancel the service.
