The connection to Cloud Folder has disappeared from Windows Explorer/Finder

If the connection to Cloud Folder has disappeared from Windows Explorer/Finder, the application is most likely still installed on the computer, but the connection is disconnected in the application. To reconnect, do the following:

1. Click on the Storegate Cloud Folder application icon, located in the top right menu on Mac and bottom right on PC, under the up arrow called "Show hidden icons" to the left of the clock and date:
If the icon is not found, the program is most likely not running on your computer. In that case, find the program and start it.
2. Hover over the connection named "ws1.storegate.com" and your username:
3. Select "Connect" at the top, and the connection to Cloud Folder should appear in Windows Explorer/Finder:
